The decision to use a cloth diaper service is much more then wanting clean diapers delivered each week. It encompasses the impact our choices make on your child’s life, our community and the environment. By our community making small changes in the way we diaper our children it can make a big difference. It benefits their health, reduces waste in landfills, and is a reusable resource.
We use high quality 100% cotton diapers. Our diapers are checked for wear and tear before you receive them. We are reliable and delivery is on the same day each week. Call us—we are here to address any cloth diapering problems you encounter. In an effort to reduce waste, we carry biodegradable wipes and disposables, we will deliver your diapers in cloth bags instead of plastic bags each week, for a small fee ($10/month). We make your life easier by delivering all sorts of baby care products along with your diapers.

Your first delivery includes: freshly laundered cotton prefold diapers delivered to your door, plastic pail liner, a Snappi pin (to help prevent leaks by making your diapers fit more snugly), and a citrus deodorizer.
Every following delivery: exchange dirty diapers for fresh clean diapers and a plastic pail liner plus any products you have added to your delivery.
Additional services:
For $10/month surcharge the diapers will be delivered in a waterproof cloth bag, which is designed to hang over your door handle as a diaper pail, or can be used as a pail liner. You also have the option of getting disposables, diaper wraps, Snappi’s and other diapering products delivered to your door. See our product catalog for more information on what we deliver.

Diaper service is paid in advance every 4 weeks and is non-refundable. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as checks. Payment can be mailed to:

Is Earthy Baby Diaper Service more expensive than using disposables? TOP
No, cloth diapering is comparable in price and is the best choice for your child's health. Plus you will not waste time and gas to purchase disposables. On average, children in cloth diapers potty train one year earlier than children using disposables. For each year you potty train early you save over $1000.00 per year. How do I sign up for a registry or buy a gift for someone? TOP
Under Gift Registry you can create your personal wish list. Select which service or products you want on your registry. Gifts may be purchased online and delivered to the recipient. To purchase a gift you can either contact us with your order or place an order online. How are the diapers washed? TOP
Cleanliness of the diapers is our #1 concern. Our diapers are commercially laundered to the highest standards of health and sanitation. Diapers are frequently sent to an independent laboratory to test for sterility. They go through a multitude of rinses and wash cycles with extremely hot water (160º). This is to ensure absolute sterility and that no detergent residue is left behind. They have a neutral ph that will not irritate baby’s bottom. Earthy Baby consumes only half of the resources that would be used in a home washer to clean your diapers. What kind of diaper rash cream can I use? TOP
We request that you not use Desitin diaper cream with cloth diapers. After washing it leaves a yellow stain on the diapers. Also, please do not use any product that contains fish oil. We take extra care to remove all stains...our recommendation is Weleda diaper cream. Mom’s love this product! You can have Weleda diaper cream added to your next delivery. What should I do when I go on vacation? TOP
Please use the Change Service Form and let us know the dates you will be gone. You will receive a credit for the time you are gone. We will pick up all dirty diapers prior to your vacation. You can also e-mail us directly at info@earthy-baby.com. We request 2 days notification if possible. What is the best diaper cover to use? TOP
We carry Thirsties and Imse Vimse diaper covers they come in fun colors and are very durable. We recommend starting with at least 4-6 covers. Most families also want at least one package of disposables around in case you run out of cloth, or for traveling. When cared for properly diaper covers will last through several children’s diapering years. Which products do you suggest I start with? TOP
With the basic service of 80 diapers per week we suggest purchasing 6 diaper covers. Along with a package of wipes, disposables, and diaper rash cream to get started. I have extra diapers at the end of the week, should I keep them? TOP
Yes, please note the number of diapers that you are keeping each week and the next week you will receive the same amount that you sent back the week before. Can I wash my own diapers? TOP
Yes, and it’s easy to do. We can deliver everything that you need to get started. We suggest starting with:
• 2 dozen prefolds ($1.50 - $3.00/each, depending on size)
• 2 cloth diaper pail liners ($20/each)
• 6 diaper covers ($11.25 or $15.30 each)
• 2 deodorizers ($.50/each)
